Nor do I need to explain my actions to others, neither do I have to prove why it is right what I think or do. Only me by myself is the bar to measure my actions.
I take a moment to talk about something that’s been on my mind lately. It’s about the importance of owning my actions and decisions, and not feeling the need to explain myself or seek validation from others.
I used to be someone who constantly sought approval from others. I felt like I needed to explain myself and justify my actions to anyone who questioned them. But over time, I’ve come to realize that this mindset was holding me back from truly living my life on my own terms.
I’ve learned that I am the only one who needs to be satisfied with my actions and decisions. I am the only one who knows what is truly best for me and my life. I don’t need to prove anything to anyone else or seek their approval.
I feel it’s liberating to let go of the need for external validation and focus on my own happiness and fulfillment. When I make decisions based on what feels right for me, rather than trying to please others, I feel more confident, empowered, and fulfilled.
Of course, it is scary to let go of the need for external validation. I want to be accepted and loved by others. But the truth is, I can never please everyone, and I shouldn’t try to. I should focus on being true to myself, living in alignment with my values and goals.
I encouraged me to let go of that mindset. I am the only one who needs to be satisfied with my actions and decisions. I trust myself and my instincts, and I live my life on my own terms. I, for me, got it!
